These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online course(s) provided by The Property Freedom Blueprint Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing and/or accessing our course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our course.

If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our course.

Course Access and Enrollment

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the course you have purchased.

Lifetime Access: Course access is provided for the lifetime of the course. This means you will have access to the course materials for as long as the course remains available on our platform.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

Single User License: Your course enrollment is for your personal use only. You may not allow others to access the course through your account.

Payment Terms

One-Time Payment: All courses are sold as a one-time payment. There are no subscription fees or recurring charges unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change course prices at any time, but price changes will not affect purchases already made.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, course access will not be granted until payment is successfully completed.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • You have completed no more than 20% of the course content
  • You have not reached or accessed the Deal Analysis Workshop
  • You request a refund within a reasonable timeframe from your purchase date

Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, contact us at admin@thepropertyfreedomblueprint.com
  • Include your name, email address used for registration, and reason for the refund request
  • We will review your request and verify your course progress
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • You have completed more than 20% of the course
  • You have accessed the Deal Analysis Workshop
  • You have downloaded or copied course materials (where download is permitted)
  • You have violated these Terms and Conditions

Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be immediately revoked.

Course Cancellation

You may cancel your enrollment and request a refund only if you meet the criteria outlined in the Refund Policy above.

If you have completed more than 20% of the course or have accessed the Deal Analysis Workshop, you may not cancel your enrollment or receive a refund.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the course at any time if you violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All course content, including but not limited to text, videos, images, graphics, audio, software, code, and course materials (collectively “Content”), is owned by The Property Freedom Blueprint Limited or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Uses: You may not:

  • Download, copy, reproduce, or store any course Content (except where explicitly permitted)
  • Share, distribute, sell, or transfer course Content to any third party
  • Share your account login credentials with others
  • Record, screenshot, or capture course videos or materials
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Content
  • Use the Content for any commercial purpose
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the course

Enforcement: Violation of these intellectual property restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

Content Updates

We are committed to keeping our course content current and valuable.

Course Updates: We regularly update and improve course content. As a course member with lifetime access, you are entitled to receive all updates and additions to the course at no additional cost.

Update Notifications: When significant updates are made to the course, we will notify you via email to the address associated with your account.

No Obligation to Update: While we strive to keep content current, we are under no obligation to update the course or to maintain the course indefinitely.

User Conduct

You agree to use the course in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not:

  • Use the course for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the course, other users’ accounts, or our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the course or servers
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code

  • Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

This applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Property Freedom Blueprint Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the course
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Any investment decisions or actions you take based on the course content

Term and Termination

Term: These Terms remain in effect for as long as you have access to the course.

Termination by You: You may request termination of your account by contacting us. If you are eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, you may receive a refund. Otherwise, termination does not entitle you to any refund.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Sharing account credentials or course content
  • Abusive or inappropriate conduct
  • Non-payment or payment disputes

If we terminate your access for violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the course immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Course Availability

While we intend to provide lifetime access to the course, we reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the course (or any part of it) at any time
  • Change course content, structure, or format
  • Remove or update specific modules or materials

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any significant changes or discontinuation, but we are under no obligation to do so.

If we permanently discontinue the course, we will provide reasonable notice and may offer alternative access to the materials where feasible, but we will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from such discontinuation.

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

We are not responsible if you are unable to access the course due to technical issues on your end.

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you may have the right to use alternative dispute resolution services or pursue legal action.
