Freedom vs Wealth: My Philosophy.
I didn’t get into property to build a huge empire or chase status. I wanted control over my time and complete freedom. When I reached six houses generating around £3,000 a month, I left my job and started travelling the world.
Since then, I’ve slowly grown the portfolio to 15 houses worth around £4 million. That’s more than enough for the lifestyle anyone could want. On top of the cashflow my portfolio growth has averaged 7%, that’s £280,000 additional wealth generated each year.
There are plenty of investors who’ve built far bigger portfolios than mine, everyone has different goals. But I never understood why people keep working, what are they chasing?
How is my course different?
I honestly do not know how this course compares to other property courses, because I made a conscious decision not to look at them. I did not want to copy anyone or shape this around what competitors were doing.
My goal was simple. I wanted to create a course I could confidently give to a close friend or family member, knowing it contained everything they would ever need to succeed in property. Most courses will funnel you into expensive mentorship programs however, I do not offer mentoring because I value the financial freedom I have built. Mentoring would turn this into a job and take time away from actually living life. That is why everything has been included here, and why I am so proud of this course.
I don’t have any money to invest, should I still take your course?
Even if you are not ready to invest straight away, the knowledge in this course is still worth having. What you learn here can change the way you think about money, risk, and long-term wealth.
I recommend having at least £50,000 available to invest in the strategies I teach. This could come from savings, released equity in your own home, or from friends or family who want to invest alongside you.
However, if raising investor finance and investing with none of your own money is the route you need to take, I have good news. My name is Nick and I’ve been financially free for over a decade thanks to my property investing business.
What started as a side hustle eventually replaced my income, and allowed me to quit the 9-5 grind. To mark 10 years of complete freedom, I built the course I wish had existed when I started. Rather than create another expensive course that funnels people into mentoring, I built something I’m genuinely proud of, an honest, affordable course with no strings attached.
