I honestly do not know how this course compares to other property courses, because I made a conscious decision not to look at them. I wanted to create a course I could confidently give to a close friend or family member, knowing it contained everything they would ever need to succeed in property. Most courses will funnel you in to expensive mentorship programs however I do not offer mentoring because I value the financial freedom I have built. Mentoring would turn this into a job and take time away from actually living life. That is why everything has been included here, and why I am so proud of this course.

Even if you are not ready to invest straight away, the knowledge in this course is still worth having. What you learn here can change the way you think about money, risk, and long-term wealth. So yes, you should still take the course if you can comfortably afford it, but it is important to be realistic. I recommend having at least £50,000 available to invest in the strategies I teach. This could come from savings, released equity in your own home, or from friends or family who want to invest alongside you. I do not teach raising investor finance or JV partnerships, although these are valid strategies. However, completing this course gives you a strong, credible foundation to present to potential investors, making it far easier to raise capital.
