Contact Forms

Payment Processing

We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor to handle course purchases. When you make a payment, your payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Stripe collects and processes: your name, email address, payment card information, and billing address (if required by your card issuer).

This information is processed in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy. Stripe may transfer payment data outside the UK to countries where Stripe operates, including the United States. We receive limited information from Stripe to confirm your payment and provide you with course access, including your name, email address, and transaction confirmation. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate and secure the website. These services may process personal data on our behalf only as required to perform their function:

  • Web hosting provider: Gandi.net (servers located in the EU)
  • WordPress (content management system)
  • LearnDash (learning management system – tracks course progress and completion)
  • WPForms (contact forms)
  • Google reCAPTCHA (spam and abuse prevention on forms)
  • Stripe (payment processing)

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Each third-party service provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy and terms of service. We have agreements in place with our service providers to ensure they handle your data securely and in compliance with UK GDPR.

International Data Transfers

Your personal data is primarily stored on servers located in the European Union (provided by Gandi.net).

However, some of our third-party service providers may store or process your personal data outside the United Kingdom:

  • Stripe (United States) – Payment processing data may be transferred to the US. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and additional security measures implemented by Stripe.
  • Google reCAPTCHA (United States) – Technical data used for spam prevention may be processed by Google in the US. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Where we transfer personal data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Data Retention Periods

  • Course progress data – Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account closure.
  • Contact form submissions – Retained for 2 years from the date of submission for customer support and record-keeping purposes.
  • Login and security logs – Retained for 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Financial records – Payment confirmation records (not full card details) are retained for 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting legal requirements.

You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting admin@thepropertyfreedomblueprint.com, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain certain information.

Your Rights Over Your Data

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

Course progress tracking is used solely to display your learning progress to you and does not involve any automated decisions about you.

To be clear, this website does not:

  • Allow users to upload media or files (except where necessary for course participation)
  • Publish blog posts or articles with user comments
  • Embed third-party content from external websites unless explicitly stated
  • Use analytics tools to track your browsing behaviour
  • Send marketing emails
  • Share your data with advertisers or marketing companies

We do not collect personal data from children. Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.
